A refrigerated reverse cycle split system is designed to efficiently heat or cool a specific area. It is ideal for individual rooms and can also work well in open-plan spaces that connect to adjoining areas. Split systems range in capacity from 2 kW up to 10 kW, allowing you to choose the right size for your space.

Below is a guide to help you select the appropriate system size based on room area:

• 2 kW: 5 to 13 sqm (small bedrooms or server rooms)

• 2.5 kW: 15 to 25 sqm (most standard bedrooms)

• 3.5 kW: 25 to 35 sqm (larger bedrooms or small living areas)

• 5 kW: 35 to 45 sqm (standard living areas)

• 6 kW: 40 to 50 sqm

• 7 kW: 45 to 60 sqm

• 8 kW: 50 to 70 sqm

• 9 kW: 60 to 80 sqm

• 10 kW: 70 to 90 sqm (largest available split system)

We also specialise in complex split system installations for both residential and commercial applications, including:

• Condensers mounted on rooftops (using scissor lifts or cranes)

• Side-mounted installations

• Use of condensate pumps for indoor units mounted on internal walls
