Evaporative Cooling Systems

Evaporative cooling is an efficient and environmentally friendly way to keep your home comfortable, using the natural process of water evaporation to reduce temperatures. This system draws hot, dry air through water-soaked pads, cooling it as the water evaporates, before circulating the fresh, cool air throughout your home. It is ideal for hot and dry climates.

Although it is not a refrigerated system, evaporative cooling can still perform effectively in temperatures up to around 32 degrees. It typically lowers the indoor temperature by about 10 degrees compared to the outside air.

Evaporative systems also use significantly less power than refrigerated options, making them more energy-efficient and cost-effective to run. In addition, the installation cost of an evaporative ducted system is usually much lower than that of a refrigerated ducted system.
